Recently, Shaanxi Yuanzekai Metal Technology Co., Ltd. completed various performance tests on eight titanium reactors customized for a fine chemical company in Zhengzhou, Henan, and shipped them yesterday afternoon. This batch of equipment will be used in the fine smelting of gold. Leveraging the excellent corrosion resistance and stability of titanium materials, these reactors provide core equipment support to help customers achieve green and high-precision production.

According to Mr. Kang, the production manager, this batch of titanium reactors uses TA2 titanium plates to withstand the strong acid and alkali, high temperature, and high pressure conditions involved in gold smelting. The reactor bodies are made of 6mm thick titanium plates, and key welded parts undergo helium leak detection to ensure zero leakage, preventing metal ion contamination during long-term reactions and meeting stringent production requirements. The director of Yuanzekai's Technology Department stated: "Compared with traditional stainless steel reactors, titanium's corrosion resistance can extend the service life of the equipment by more than three times, while also reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance by over 90%, significantly lowering overall operating costs for customers."
As a leading enterprise in Baoji's titanium equipment and pressure vessel industry, Shaanxi Yuanzekai has, in recent years, been deeply engaged in high-end markets such as fine chemicals and biomedicine. The company has developed full-chain solution capabilities-from titanium material selection and structural design to intelligent manufacturing. The purchasing director of the client company commented: "Yuanzekai's titanium reactors have reached an industry-leading level in terms of material purity, temperature control accuracy (±0.5℃), and automation integration, fully meeting our equipment needs for high-end precious metal refining. We look forward to enhancing production capacity and upgrading quality after the equipment is put into operation. Our cooperation with Yuanzekai has remained stable for 10 years."
Currently, this batch of titanium reactors has been sent to the project site via special transportation. Yuanzekai will also dispatch a technical team to assist with installation and commissioning, and will provide one year of free maintenance support. This shipment not only marks an important milestone in the deepening cooperation between the two parties but also reflects Yuanzekai's technological strength and growing market recognition in the field of high-end titanium reaction equipment, injecting momentum into the green and low-carbon transformation of the fine chemical industry.
