The main component is titanium (Ti), with the remainder also being titanium. Impurity content is strictly controlled, including nitrogen (N) ≤ 0.03%, carbon (C) ≤ 0.08%, hydrogen (H) ≤ 0.015%, iron (Fe)

At a room temperature of 20°C, the tensile strength of GR2 titanium tube is ≥345 MPa, the yield strength is ≥275 MPa, and the elongation is ≥20%.

Good corrosion resistance: GR2 titanium tube is resistant to corrosion in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media. Due to titanium's strong affinity for oxygen, it easily forms a dense, highly adhesive, and inert oxide film on its surface, which can self-heal or regenerate even after mechanical damage.

- Good heat transfer performance: Although the thermal conductivity of GR2 titanium tube is lower than that of carbon steel and copper tubes, its excellent corrosion resistance allows for thinner wall thickness. Additionally, the heat exchange between the surface and steam occurs via droplet condensation, which reduces thermal resistance. The surface is resistant to scaling, further lowering thermal resistance and significantly enhancing heat transfer performance.

- Good heat resistance: GR2 titanium tube can be used continuously at temperatures of 600°C or higher.
