Customer A:
I built a folding bike for hiking and found that the Brompton Titanium Handlebar was too flexible, so I wanted to make it longer.
However, the maximum length of the aluminum alloy handlebars on a folding bike (25.4mm) is 600mm.
Only mountain bike handlebars (31.8mm) are longer than 600mm.
Carbon fiber 25.4mm handlebars can be longer than 600mm. Besides being light, is carbon fiber strong enough? Will the handlebars be crushed when clamped on the head tube?
If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate some advice.

Customer B:
Just get used to it. The default handlebars for folding bikes are 580mm, while road bike handlebars are typically only 38 or 40cm.
There's no problem with carbon. I've used EC90, Xiao P's carbon-coated aluminum, full carbon, and the current one I'm using, and there have been no issues.
As for the cracking problem you mentioned, you must use a torque wrench for installation. Generally, 4-5 Newton meters of torque is enough.
