The key principle of hot push forming is based on the conservation of material volume before and after plastic deformation. The process adjusts the pipe diameter and elbow diameter by controlling the deformation through the core die. During the bending process, the inner arc is compressed, allowing the material to flow and compensate for the thinning in other areas, resulting in a uniform wall thickness and precise angle.
