The production process of titanium welded pipe

Material preparation

The main raw material of titanium welded pipe is titanium alloy plate. Before production, the raw material needs to be inspected for quality to ensure that it meets the relevant standard requirements. Then the raw material is cut, polished and cleaned for subsequent processing and use.

Pipe preparation

According to the product specification requirements, the cut titanium alloy plate is bent or rolled to form the initial shape of the pipe. Then the pipe is connected by welding or seamless forming to form a complete titanium welded pipe.

Pipe cleaning

After the pipe is prepared, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt and oxides on the surface. During the cleaning process, pickling, alkali washing and water washing are generally used to ensure that the surface of the pipe is clean and pollution-free.

Pipe welding

The welding of titanium welded pipes is one of the key steps in the entire production process. Commonly used welding methods include TIG (tungsten inert gas arc welding), EB (electron beam welding) and PLS (laser beam welding). Common inspection items include appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, mechanical properties test and chemical composition analysis. Pipe packaging and delivery

Titanium welded pipes that have passed the quality inspection will be packaged to prevent damage or contamination during transportation. Common packaging methods include plastic film packaging, wooden box packaging and pallet packaging. The products will then be shipped out of the factory and shipped according to customer requirements.
