Titanium Anode Basket

Yuanzekai Metal Technology can produce various round, rectangular, and disc-shaped titanium baskets (also known as titanium anode baskets) according to customer requirements. We can also design and manufacture them based on drawings provided by customers. In addition, our company produces zirconium baskets and nickel baskets.

The titanium basket is composed of titanium plates and titanium mesh, with the thickness of the titanium plates ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 mm.

Performance: continuous deposition, balanced circulation distribution, high anode efficiency, durability, uniform anode area, low weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, minimal voltage loss, and low consumption.

They effectively control the ratio of anode to cathode area.

The anode dissolves efficiently and produces less anode sludge.

Loading and replenishing anode materials is convenient.

Anode materials are fully utilized, reducing energy consumption.

1. The top edge of the titanium basket should be slightly above the liquid level to prevent anode sludge from overflowing.

2. The bottom of the titanium basket should be 100–150 mm higher than the workpieces to avoid excessive current concentration at the lower ends, which could cause burning.

3. The titanium basket should maintain close contact with the anode material; otherwise, the anode potential at the titanium basket may rise sharply, leading to oxygen and chlorine evolution reactions on the basket's surface, which can damage the basket and oxidize additives.
