Titanium Metallurgical Reactor

The titanium metallurgical reactor is a chemical reaction device designed for intermittent horizontal multi-chamber reactions. The components that come into contact with the reaction medium can be made from various types of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as titanium, nickel, zirconium, etc., offering excellent corrosion resistance throughout the reaction process.

This reactor adopts a static sealing structure, with the stirrer connected to the motor via a magnetic stirring system, providing both effective sealing and efficient stirring performance. It is one of the most capital-intensive and largest-volume pieces of equipment, with a complex manufacturing process. Due to the nature of the reaction process, the equipment must be built as a fully enclosed system.

Equipped with a temperature controller, the operating time of the heater is adjusted based on the set temperature to achieve automatic temperature regulation. Similarly, a frequency converter is used to control the stirring motor, enabling adjustable-speed stirring according to the stirring load requirements.

The reactor is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, mining, metallurgy, and building materials industries. It is an ideal solution for corrosion-resistant, high-temperature, and high-pressure reactions.
