Excellent Product Performance:
The strip production line uses high-quality slabs that have undergone strict quality inspection. The 2800 mm hot rolling mill features high stiffness, large rolling force, and high torque. The movable roller bottom furnace with an online annealing function, together with the laminar flow cooling system with a quenching function, can effectively enhance product performance.

High Product Accuracy:
The production line incorporates advanced technologies such as hydraulic AGC, positive and negative bending rolls, and sophisticated automation control systems. Control methods including thickness gauges, pressure gauges, and roll gap gauges enable high-precision control of sheet metal specifications. An eleven-roll straightening machine, a hot segmented shear, and a high-pressure water jet cutting machine imported from France ensure the dimensional accuracy of the sheet metal.

Good Surface Quality:
The production line is equipped with a three-point high-pressure water descaling system. The continuously operating oil removal unit and acid washing unit ensure excellent and consistent surface quality of the plate and strip. The high-pressure water sandblasting unit uses cold descaling technology, which provides an effective descaling effect with no residual surface impurities.

Wide Plate and Strip Production, with Fixed-Length Capability:
The hot rolling production line can produce high-quality wide sheet metal with a maximum width of 2600 mm, while the cold rolling production line can produce wide sheet metal and strip with a maximum width of 1560 mm. Both can be customized according to customer requirements. Titanium plate is a type of metal plate primarily made of titanium, known for its many unique properties and broad range of applications.

The 5 mm thick GR5 titanium plate balances strength and processing adaptability. It is suitable for applications that require medium-thickness support along with corrosion resistance and lightweight properties. It can be further processed into specific parts through cutting, welding, and other fabrication techniques.
