Our company only produces drawn titanium mesh and does not offer titanium woven mesh services. Titanium mesh sheets are special mesh plates made by stamping and stretching. When selecting titanium mesh, you can choose the appropriate plate thickness, hole type, and hole diameter according to your needs. We can also customize the mesh based on your specific requirements and provide special mesh sizes.

Common Titanium Mesh Specifications:

Base material: Titanium plate (GR1, GR2)

Plate thickness: 0.1mm – 2mm

Common specifications:

Thickness 0.5mm: 0.523mm, 0.534mm, 0.52.54.5mm, small hole mesh, width ≤500mm

Thickness 1mm: 136mm, 148mm, 1510mm, 14.512.5mm, width ≤1200mm

Thickness 1.5-2.0mm: 1.5-2.0510mm, 1.5-2.0612.5mm, 1.5-2.0713mm, 1.5-2.06.312.5mm

Hole type: Diamond hole
Material surface:

Black (surface contains graphite emulsion coating)

Material selection precautions

1. GR1 titanium mesh is widely used; bending and rolling can only be done with GR1. GR2 cannot be bent.

2. The thickness of the vertical mesh is the same as when it is pulled out, while the thickness of the flat mesh is the same as the base material after it is flattened.

3. If high flatness is required, annealing and leveling are necessary. The cost of treating the oxidized surface (pickling) is relatively high.

In the electrode industry, titanium anode plates and titanium cathode plates can be produced.
